This provides customers with additional proof that their document management system meets the highest requirements. Most recently, the software pioneer learned that its security measures once again met all the requirements spelled out by ISO 27001:2015. This international standard certifies the manufacturing, implementation, operation, monitoring, maintenance and improvements of a document management system’s information security system. This certification within the category of “Production of Standard Software for Document Management” is valid until 5/20/2017.

At the end of 2015, DocuWare was certified by the German Quality Management Academy (DQM) for the fourth consecutive year, receiving ISO-9001 certification for its Quality Management System (QMS). To receive this certification (category: “Development and Sales of Standard Software for Document Management“), a company must follow specific methods and processes to prevent errors and have a well-functioning Quality Management System (QMS).
